By accessing or using this site you represent that you have the full authority to act to bind yourself, any third party, company, or legal entity, and that your use and/or interaction, as well as continuing to use or interact, with the site constitutes your having read and agreed to these terms of use as well as other agreements that we may post on the site.
By viewing, visiting, using, or interacting with the Site or with any banner, pop-up, or advertising that appears on it, you are agreeing to all the provisions of this terms of use policy and the privacy policy of the Linda Tucker Foundation.
The Linda Tucker Foundation specifically denies access to any individual that is covered by the children's online privacy protection act (coppa) of 1998.
The Linda Tucker Foundation reserves the right to deny access to any person or viewer for any lawful reason under the terms of the privacy policy, which you accept as a condition for viewing, the Linda Tucker Foundation is allowed to collect and store data and information for the purpose of exclusion and for many other uses.

OWNERSHIP OF WEBSITE OR RIGHT TO USE, SELL, PUBLISH CONTENTS OF THIS WEBSITE
The website and its contents are owned or licensed by the website's owner. Material contained on the website must be presumed to be proprietary and copyrighted. Visitors have no rights whatsoever in the site content. Use of website content for any reason is unlawful unless it is done with express contract or permission of the website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Visitor agrees not to appropriate or exploit, for business or related activities, intellectual property pioneered by Linda Tucker in her works/books Children of the SunGod/Mystery of the White Lions (2001); Saving the White Lions (2013); LionHearted Leadership, The 13 Laws (2017) without prior written permission. This intellectual property includes, but is not limited to, such concepts as ‘Golden Nile Meridian’; 'StarLions’, ‘Lion Starmap’, 'White Lion Leadership', ‘LionHearted Leadership’, or any of the names and identities of the lions in our project.
The Visitor acknowledges that, as a consequence of accessing this website, the Visitor has been exposed to the intellectual property that is included in the 13 Laws of LionHearted Leadership™.
The 13 Laws of LionHearted Leadership™ intellectual property includes any and all related LionHearted Leadership™ materials, manuals, CDs, cards (including “White Lion Leadership™ Practitioner Cards”), all materials contained in the Practitioner’s Toolkit, books referenced herein whether presently published or in future production of which all right, title and interest to such intellectual property, including any original work, trademark, know how, patents inventions, trade secrets and copyright are developed and owned by the Copyright Owner (as herein below is further defined and collectively termed “Intellectual Property”). These materials are shared with the world in support of the conservation and community upliftment aims and objectives of the non-profit organizations founded by the Copyright Owner for the purposes of protecting the White Lions and their associated message for humanity, including the Global White Lion Protection Trust and/or The Linda Tucker Foundation, referred to together as the “Charity”.
The Visitor agrees that, should they devise or formulate a new concept, method, development, improvement, invention or program or training related to the White Lions, or LionHearted Leadership™, and/or the Intellectual Property, including the Practitioner’s Toolkit, and any and all materials related thereto (hereinafter “New Material”), the Visitor automatically assigns such New Material and any and all copyright pertaining thereto to Linda Tucker StarLion Holdings (“the Copyright Owner”) at no charge for the use of the Charity to serve its community-conservation objectives. In such an event, the Visitor is required to inform the Copyright Owner of such New Material by email at [email protected], and confirmation of receipt of such notice is required.
The Copyright Owner retains the right to halt any development and/or distribution of any New Material at the Copyright Owner’s sole discretion, notice of which will be delivered in writing by registered post or email.
HYPERLINKING TO SITE, CO-BRANDING, "FRAMING" AND REFERENCING SITE PROHIBITED
Unless expressly authorized by website, no one may hyperlink this site, or portions thereof, (including, but not limited to, logotypes, trademarks, branding or copyrighted material) to theirs for any reason. DISPUTES

Viewer, visitor, member, subscriber or customer will not have the right to engage in pre-trial discovery except as provided in the rules; you will not have the right to participate as a representative or member of any class of claimants pertaining to any claim subject to arbitration; the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding with limited rights of appeal.
The prevailing party shall be reimbursed by the other party for any and all costs associated with the dispute arbitration, including attorney fees, collection fees, investigation fees, travel expenses.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
If any matter concerning this purchase shall be brought before a court of law, pre- or post-arbitration, Viewer, visitor, member, subscriber or customer agrees to that the sole and proper jurisdiction to be the state and city declared in the contact information of the web owner unless otherwise here specified.
APPLICABLE LAW
Viewer, visitor, member, subscriber or customer agrees that the applicable law to be applied shall, in all cases, be that of the country of the Linda Tucker Foundation.
